Welcome to Mayfair Events. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mayfair Events website and the purchase of tickets (“Tickets”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Mayfair Events may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, so please review this page regularly.

All rights, including copyright, in this website and its content are owned by or licensed to Mayfair Events. Use of the site or its content, other than for personal, non-commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

1. Introduction

• These Terms apply to all purchases made through Mayfair Events, alongside our Terms of Use.
• Mission Impossible Hospitality Ltd operates in London.
• We sell event tickets and related services on behalf of organisers, promoters, venues, artists, agents, clubs, and other partners.
• Tickets are allocated to us by Event Partners (venues) or Event Providers (third-party agents) and sold in line with their instructions.
• Seat maps are illustrative and may change without notice.
• All products and services we sell are referred to as “Tickets.”
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.

2. Client Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid credit/debit card.
• Purchases are subject to these Terms and any event- or venue-specific conditions.
• Orders may be cancelled if payment or security checks fail.
• Automated or bot-assisted purchases are prohibited.
• Accurate contact details must be provided.
• You are responsible for valid ID, passport, and travel insurance.
• Bookings must match the name on your travel documents.

3. Prices and Fees

• Prices include VAT/GST where applicable and may include service or delivery charges.
• Prices are listed in GBP and may fluctuate with currency exchange rates.
• In case of pricing errors, you will be offered the option to confirm or cancel your order.
• Full payment is required at booking unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits are refundable if a booking cannot be confirmed, but become non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Accommodation

• Accommodation ranges from 2★ to 5★ and may vary by country.
• A breakage deposit may be required at check-in.
• Failure to show may result in forfeiture of accommodation.
• Child discounts depend on hotel policy (e.g., Infants 0–2, Children 2–11).

5. Ticket Delivery & Collection

• Tickets may require a signature and will be sent to the billing address.
• Delivery times vary; contact us if your event is within 5 days and tickets have not arrived.
• Some tickets must be collected at the venue with ID and the payment card used.
• For E-tickets, all guests must enter together.
• Fraudulent transactions may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Tickets

• Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced and may incur administrative fees.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your tickets and must not share barcodes online.
• Check tickets upon delivery for accuracy.

7. Ticket Restrictions

• Limits may apply per person, card, or transaction.
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or used for promotions.
• Restricted views or age limits may apply; it is your responsibility to check.
• Discounts and promotions are subject to availability.

8. Events – Timings & Admissions

• Event start times may change.
• Refunds are only available for “material alterations.”
• Latecomers may only be admitted during breaks.
• Entry may be refused for security or behavioural reasons.
• Re-entry is generally not permitted unless specified.
• Events may be recorded; attendance implies consent.
• Some events may include effects unsuitable for sensitive individuals.

9. Event Cancellations, Postponements & Alterations

Cancellations

• If an event is cancelled, you may receive a refund minus processing fees.
• For multi-day events, partial refunds may apply.

Rescheduling

• Tickets remain valid for the new date.
• If you cannot attend, we may attempt resale but refunds are not guaranteed.

Material Alterations

• Refunds may be available if an event changes significantly.
• Venue changes, artist substitutions, weather, or timing adjustments are not considered material.

Refund Process

• Refunds are only issued if authorised by the Event Partner.
• Returned tickets must be received within 28 days.
• Certain ticket types (e.g., personalised or perishable) are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• You are responsible for travel and accommodation booked separately.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the ticket price paid.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or negligence causing death or injury.

11. Queries & Complaints

• Contact us at info@mayfair-events.com with your order reference.
• Resolution may take up to 30 days if Event Partner involvement is required.
• We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
• If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
• Terms may vary by event and are subject to change without notice.
• In case of conflict, these Terms override those printed on tickets.
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., weather, war, strikes).
